Clear vision for pupils and staff

Our eye screening programme brings vision checks to schools and the people in them, children and staff alike, so problems are found early and nobody has to struggle to see clearly in silence.

100+schools screened in the last year

Why screening matters

A vision problem is easy to miss. Children rarely complain and adults often get used to it, so many people go on struggling without knowing it can be helped.

Often unnoticed

Many people assume everyone sees the way they do, so difficulty seeing can go unreported for years.

Tied to learning

Blurred vision can make reading, writing, screen work and concentrating harder than they need to be.

Early checks help

Finding a problem early means support can begin before it affects a child’s progress or a staff member’s comfort and performance.

How it works

  1. Request a visit

Contact us with your school's details and we agree a suitable date.

  2. Screening day

Our team visits and checks vision on site, for pupils and staff.

  3. Results shared

Results are shared with the school, and for children, parents are informed.

  4. Follow-up care

Anyone who needs a closer look is referred for a full eye examination.

Questions schools ask

Is this a full eye examination?

Yes it is a full eye screening: a check that identifies children and staff who may need further assessment. Those patients are provided a prescribed medication or lens

How will results be shared?

Results are shared with the school, so parents of children can be informed. Anyone who needs follow-up is guided towards the next step.
